About the Training
Workplace conflict can be difficult to manage, especially when emotions are running high or communication has started to break down. This training course is designed to help managers, team leaders, HR professionals, and business representatives deal with conflict in a calm, fair, and constructive way.
The course gives you a practical understanding of why conflict happens at work, how it can affect teams, and what can be done to resolve issues before they escalate. You will learn how to identify different types of conflict, use communication techniques more effectively, and approach difficult conversations with greater confidence.
The training also looks at workplace mediation, including when informal resolution may be appropriate and how mediation can help people move towards a workable outcome. Through scenario-based exercises and interactive breakout sessions, attendees will have the chance to practise key skills in a supportive setting and consider how they can be used within their own organisation.
Joining instructions and links will be sent to the email address used during registration 24 hours before the session.
