About the Course
At advanced level, communication is not only about knowing the right words. It is also about tone, structure, clarity, and confidence. This privately delivered ESOL Level 3 programme helps learners improve the English skills needed in workplace, service, official, and immigration-related settings.
The course focuses on the kind of communication that can feel challenging even for confident English speakers: explaining complex situations, responding appropriately in formal conversations, handling sensitive topics, and using precise language when the stakes are higher.
Learners will strengthen speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills throughout the programme. Written practice includes professional emails, structured written responses, and working with detailed or formal documents. Speaking activities help learners take part in discussions, explain information clearly, and approach difficult conversations in a calm and professional way.
Sessions are interactive and discussion-based, with regular tutor guidance and feedback to help learners improve accuracy, fluency, and overall confidence.
