About the Webinar

Redundancy is never an easy process to manage. It involves difficult decisions, legal responsibilities and conversations that need to be handled with real sensitivity.

This webinar is designed to help managers, HR professionals and business owners understand what a fair redundancy process should look like. It covers when redundancy may apply, how to approach consultation, and how to use fair selection criteria when roles are at risk.

The session also looks at the human side of redundancy. Participants will consider how to communicate clearly, manage uncertainty and support employees before, during and after decisions are made. That includes both those directly affected and the people who remain with the business afterwards.

By the end of the webinar, attendees should feel better prepared to handle workforce changes in a way that is compliant, transparent and respectful.

Joining instructions and webinar links will be sent to the email address provided at registration 24 hours before the session.
