        5. Applications made outside of the UK are typically decided within three weeks. For applications which have been made from inside the UK, the decision could take around eight weeks. Paying for the Priority service can decrease this time.
        6. After completing their application, applicants can check their visa application status through the VFS Global website
        7. Upon arrival in the UK, employees are required to submit their biometric information if not already completed
        8. Applicants must then collect the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) from a designated Post Office within ten days of arriving in the UK or before the visa sticker within their passport expires.

        For Employers

        1. Employers must first apply for and obtain a valid Sponsor Licence from the UKVI. This process involves proving the legitimacy of the organisation and its need to recruit overseas workers.
        2. Once an employer has been successfully licensed, the employer can offer a job to a non-UK resident. For each job offer, the employer must issue a CoS to the employee, detailing the role and its compliance with visa requirements.

          Skilled Workers and Their Dependants
